Products may be returned or exchanged provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. To help us process your request quickly, kindly provide your order details along with clear photos of the product.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued through your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is the result of an error on our part.
